Fine! Be right back

...yes, and ?.....

...I think most of us understood that, but the question was: Did it or did it not have "HK" in the ending ?

Strange. I thought 1-300 would have the letters BJ at the end. Seems like the numbering started from 1 again on the normal sets. So I'm guessing there is more than 5000 total now.

I want some real Onitsuka's for my feet.

That's easy - just search for Onitsuka on eBay and you shall find

Btw, be aware of copies being sold... I get most of my Onitsuka Tigers from eBay.co.uk, rather than eBay.com, as the UK eBay has gotten 99,8 % autentic shoes listed, where as I have seen allot of fake ones on eBay.com.

I also thought the same thing that 1-300 would have BJ at the ending, but then the Beijing (BJ) version would not have their own limited number - and it is an exclusive release compared to the regular HK release - and so far we have not seen number GOD-4700-5000... This makes me wonder what kind of a number system the Ani-Com Expo version has, and how many where made for that special release.... Come to think of it - it is not that big of a deal in my opinion.

Local buyer, got it for me from Hong Kong. Sending it back would have cost me shipping costs. So i thought the Sleeve was not that big of a deal. He gave me 75 euro discount for accepting it sleeveless.. Now i know it had the serial number on it.
Wow, you saved about $100US :clap

I've got a pair of what have to be knock-offs given I paid $70 shipped for them. They fit like a glove and have lasted month after month of frequent wear. I'm coming up for renewal and it'll be another pair of fakes for me!

Wow what a nightmare, Ive had this figure for a short while now and after cutting through all the red tape, not having emails or calls returned I finally boxed up a very flawed figure that will be sent back to EB tomorrow for replacements.

Here is what I got dealt:

- BD Tracksuit. Little to no footprint, not even an outline of one, just a tiny tiny tiny scuff in the center of the chest
- Paint rub on the chin
- Bracelet stained the rubber on the wrist
- Right elbow joint is on backwards. His arm at the elbow only bends naturally backwards.

And Enterbay, after much arguing refuses to pay for the return shipping for their own faulty product. They need to take a note from Sideshow's Customer Service.

Why do I get the feeling that even with a tracking number, the parts Im sending back will either get lost in the abyss, or it will take 6 months to get replacements?
Anyone know how quickly they process replacements?

Which colour combination did you choose LeJuan ?

The classic black/yellow colour combo, but I think my next pair will be the red, white and blue ones :)

Good news, I got the price wrong and they're actually $60 shipped.

Bad news, the listing I was watching has ended.

Good news, I haven't checked but there are bound to be others.

Bad news, these things tend to come in waves, so if there's nothing now available it might take a few weeks for them to show up again.

Seriously, unless you're opposed to knock-offs, there's no good reason not to get these. The pair I've been wearing for 6 months may as well have come out of the same factory. Chances are that they did, actually.

Hey Corrose really sorry to hear you're having a hard time with this set. Nobody wants to go through the QC loop as you are experiencing.

I'm guessing you bought from EB direct? I know SSC has a terrific reputation but remember that are a distributor and not a manufacturer. Many have had the same problems with Hot Toys directly wrt to QC issues in products - I'm sure you're aware of the leaking Comedian and Batman's they refuse to do anything about.

At any rate, I'm pretty sure Enterbay will get everything sorted out in the long haul, though I agree that they should cover the shipping costs if it was ordered directly through them. Dealing manufacturer direct often takes more time, which is why going through distributor's sometimes is better b/c you can let them handle the mess and they'll often cover the shipping to and fro. Bets of luck and keep us updated.

:lol Awesome! I could care less if they call them Onitsuka Kitten Smashers if they last that long for 60 bucks I'm in.

Thanks for the reply, I bought it through an online dealer here in the states. This company was having difficulty getting through to EB, I had some luck on my own, so we decided that I would ship the parts directly to EB, and the retailer I bought through is going to help with follow-ups.

As a general rule of thumb, in this situation should I expect it to take weeks, months, more?

Interesting. May I ask who the dealer was in the US? That's really strange that your retailer had no luck getting a response from Eb on this. One would think EB would be swift to address issues with their retailers even faster than a single customer who bought direct ya know?

What's your retailer's return policy on defective/damaged items?

As for dealing with EB and getting everything sorted, others have posted their stories here and from what I recall you're looking at a 2-3 weeks just b/c shipping to and from HK takes forever. If it went anything near 5 weeks I'd be shocked but don;t hold me to that :)
