I don't believe it!
I had that kit!! It was one of the first kits I ever fully completed, and I loved it! It got sold not long after I completed it, but I did a great job. Actually, one of the best kits I ever made was one you sculpted, the Kurgan from Highlander. He was fantastic, by then Fifth Sense were using Creative Casting so the kit was flawless.
So glad to finally meet you!
The member I traded with FINALLY got my GoD 3rd Edition.. after 24 days from mailing, it spend almost a week in NYC Customs!!! and it was EMS! And the saddest part is inspite of all the efforts I took it has reached him battered and beaten and beyond recognition! (looks like a neutral feedback awaits me )
Seems like this will be the LAST TIME EVER Ill EMS a Large package like this abroad... cant the postal office take a little care with packages? It cost me around $80-85 shipping!! and this is the service!!
I have a package from BBTS which was mailed on the 29th and has been sitting in customs since the 3rd...
All this has just made me more disillusioned with the service and now makes me wonder what EXACTLY is the service to go for when shipping and receiving items internationally...
That sucks. Did you take pics of the items right before shipping to prove the condition? How did you package the set?
I normally wrap all my sculpts & bodies in extra tissue paper & bubble wrap just in case shipping is rough. Same goes for bulky items. GuoBei ships EMS from HK to US and everything I got from him was mint, really strange your things took such a beating. Hope it works out for you.

Hey Y4NK33, to my knowledge Guo Bei does not ship EMS (or any other way for that matter) from HK (Hong Kong) - but in fact he only ships directly from Beijing, China (where he is located) - and the reason everything arrives in mint condition is because he packs really well with three layers of bobble plastic and two card board boxes. I have had long discussions with him about him moving his business to HK or having arranged transportation from Beijing to Hong Kong, so that the shipping would cost less and go easier, but right now it is shipped with EMS directly from Beijing.
Daisy tablecloth!
i feel for you axe..had a very bad experience myself today..all mailing company's should take more care when handling any sort of package. but some dont really give a s@@t
It was probably the fault of customs. I remember once I got a screwed up package. and I could make out it was opened by customs as the top layer had no bubble wrap whereas the rest of the box was lined with bubble wrap. The chaps open the stuff and then dont replace the packing... then the shipping company does the rest in transit.
Might sound very bad but the very fact a 4kg parcel labelled 'Plastic Toys' going from India to the US with the current political scenario in the world does sound suspicious to both our as well as US customs officials...
