has anyone managed to cover up the GOD diorama where the sticky tape is showing holding the back paper? it looks ugly with the tape showing, just need to find something nice of the same paper to cover it up again so the tape dont show....

yeh,give them till wed,then fire another email.you will have to send (at your cost)the faulty one back to EB.and they will replace.you could say as the fault lies with them,to throw in something to overset your returning costs(you never know)

It should take a few days for their customer service to sort out emails.

I put in an order for the spare RM-X body like mid-September; I emailed them around the last week of September and they replied about half a business week later.

Regarding the stained body, they replied to my email like two business days after. I emailed for another follow up and they replied to that about one to two business days after. So it seems consistent.

This is one of the more baffling faults IMO
Its the exact same problem from their first GoD figure backdrop all those years ago. In 5+ years they haven't mastered glue and paper ?

Sad to say, chris. No reply at all. I decided to go ahead and send the defect body back and email them the tracking number yesterday. See how it goes. I will update here.
