just threaten them to open a dispute using paypal Blade
I think you have the right to do that. It's a major defect in my book:slap
if they still don't reply yu by tomorrow, then using paypal might be the best solution.
Unfortunately, I ordered 2 Rambos. The first, I ordered direct from EB and second from my local retailer. I honestly scared to see what will happen with my 2nd Rambo.:thud:

The shoulder problem on my figure is just like the vid posted by Blade3327, but I also have a split seam in the torso in the right armpit area. Enterbay does not pay for international shipping back to exchange/repair dept., so that is more $$$ out of pocket for those with a defect. RAW DEAL!!! :pfft:

Also, I got my Enterbay CS response back yesterday with directions:

Hi Keith,

Thank you for your email and we are very sorry to hear about your problems. The best for you to do is to return the body (the body only please without other accessories and headsculpt) to repair.

Kindly return it along with the RMA form (please see attachment) to the following address:

When they say 'return the body without other accessories and headsculpt', does that mean you have to fully-declothe the figure too?

Even the boots? Besides those, I'd actually prefer taking everything off; took me forever to take off the belt, add the sheath, then put the belt back on. I'd hate to go through that again, so a clean strip is ideal.

No, that is not what she said.

The boots, hands, and hs pop off real easy. Just be careful with the shirt because it's a tight fit around the shoulders. The pants slide right off once you loosen the belt. For the 1st time, I was actually glad for Rambo's molded boots cause it made the process a lot faster....... No Laces :lol

Good idea. I think once I get the replacement body back from Enterbay the shirt is staying in the box. I do not want that shirt leaving its black dye marks on the torso down the road.:horror

So, you must still pay the shipping fee back to EB? that's terrible! :gah:

Does BBTS send you replacements?

Too bad Sideshow doesn't distribute for EB, they're so awesome.

Yep, but they pay to ship it back after repair/exchange. I have read that some people have gotten a shipping fee reimbursement, after sending Enterbay a copy of the bill receipt. They didn't offer that to me in the email, but I will send them a copy and see what happens.

Still waiting for my Rambo here in the UK! Stuck in customs but hopeful to get by the end of the week! Such a shame to hear of all the problems with the loose/gappy joints....i'm at least hoping that mine doesnt suffer the same problems so i can put up some good poses. Just out of interest, will anyone be making any customised 1/4 scale jacket/sweater for the Rambo doll? Would having this sweater/jacket answer the problems for those who have problems with their joints? Still mystified as to why Enterbay never released a sweater/jacket for this figure??? I am sure i recall hin wearing one at the end of Rambo III when he drove off with Trautman?!

Sadly, the EB shopping policy states that there are no refunds. Their replacement window is only seven days, but I contacted them about the problem before that was up (barely three days after I received the figure). If they ever acknowledge the problem and deny me an exchange because of stalling me with emails, I'm opening a claim. I just hope it doesn't come to that.

Open up a claim with Paypal, it's so easy to get your money refunded, it doesn't matter what Enterbay does, the problem with buying international is that Ebay and Paypal well not cover the return shipping cost. last month I bought a boxing statue from an ebay seller in the Uk, the idiot shipped the three piece boxing statue in two small boxes, all this required was one large box, the statue arrived broken at the legs in two of the three figurines, I had to pay $58 to ship it back to this jackass. All that Paypal and Ebay require for a refund is a tracking number and proof of delivery. Sorry to hear all the troubles some collectors are having with this, I like to get it, but am not buying expensive collectibles from international sellers anymore, and especially from these overpriced Hong Kong dealers.

Is BBTS going to have these for sale?

While riding to the Afghan camp, Rambo wears a black military shirt and at the end he wears an M65 jacket like in First Blood.

I sent them the email and attached a video as well (the file was small enough for GMail to handle).

For you guys, I uploaded it to YouTube:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lL3jkH83308&feature=youtu.be

From the video the left shoulder doesn't sound right either, The right shoulder is a complete lose, you have to wonder if anyone even bothered to do any quality control testing on these before shipping? I don't think you can resell sell it like that. I don't mean any disrespect to you, and I love to get this figure myself, but when I mentioned last week that this figure is way over priced, people here made fun of me and said I didn't understand how business works. By your video, I have to say the head sculpt and accessories are incredible, but it's not worth $400+ IMO It's really a shame that the joints are made so poorly.

There you go, so he did have a jacket! Thanks Maul! Would be fantastic to see someone customise this for the Rambo...I'm certainly going to try my best to get something just for that added accessory...this figure oozes quality and although we were all made aware of the joints etc...to have them covered up with a military jacket would just make this look more like a 1/4 Premium Format! To be continued....

i think you still shouldn't even pay even a dollar for shipping cost:lecture
Their CS, certainly know how to drive a hard bargain with EB's customers.
Don't pay it and It'll be a good lesson for EB to not underestimate their customers.
This doll always have new way to surprise me. Today I played with his lef arm.....and look what I found
