Skiman, your best bets would be to join one of the TF forums and to search through the sales threads, or eBay. The value on these has, in general, stayed pretty low, but I think they are essentially the closest we'll get to Masterpiece Autobots for many of those characters.
Though not pictured, one of my favorite Alternators is Swindle.

The "Binaltech" line was Takara's version of those figures. Released in Asia, they are metal and so they are a higher quality/a bit heavier than their Alternators counterparts. They also have slightly different paint schemes in some instances, and some figures (like Red Alert) were not available in the Alternators line, I don't believe.
If you are interested in making some of those more original cartoon-or toy-accurate, check out reprolabels.com.
My Prowl figure is a bash of both Binaltech Red Alert and Alternators Prowl, with Reprolabels stickers. He was pricey to put together, but was worth it, and using Prowl's body/Red Alert's head and some more Reprolabel stickers, I made a G1-accurate Red Alert.
