I know the same type of people that were offended when they saw the Bush/Cheney sticker on the back of the star destroyer in blue harvest.

Does it strike a chord cause it's true? That this administration is basically an evil empire?(cause they're doing an awesome job of bringing in that NWO) /golf clap to Family guy!

Again I will ask. This is a thread about arguing, bashing people, and posting stupid pictures. THIS IS SANDBOX MATERIAL!?!?

Why do Dave and the mods allow this stupiditiy in the OD section??

Because im doing it. It needs to be done. Its the only way to make sure these people dont eat each other. You'll see....i'll show ya.

I guess that McCain's chances are now ruined that he was dissed on a cartoon. Wow and after all that campaigning.......

Thats just what I was thinking, the family guy audience was his WHOLE chance of winning. It wasnt the I want to send our kids to war, or lets censor the interwebs.

Politics and cartoons have gone hand in hand for YEARS, the only time people seem to get pissed off is when they are more right than fiction.

For the intelligent, informed voter, Family Guy is about as relevant to their political opinions as Hillary is to Barry. But for the typical Family Guy-watching morons in this country, it serves as reinforcement to the rest of the propaganda put forth by the media and the far left.

The truth is, modern day fascism has roots in liberalism more than anything else.

:lecture. Funny thing is if people would look at all Obama stands for he would be more like Hitler than the Republicans. Obama wants to disarm us, just like Hitler. Obama wants a "civillian military"just as powerful as the real military for "emergencies"(making sure the citizens stay in line)which makes me think of the Gestapo. He also wants the Government to have more control over our lives. Gee, who appears to be more like a facists.

People getting all worked up over a ^^^^ing CARTOON. GET THE HELL OVER IT. Comedies push the boundries ALL the time.

True. It's just that the boundary only gets pushed in one direction. Look, FG is stupid and I don't find it the least bit funny. I don't care who they make fun of. But comparing a guy like John McCain to Nazis is not only ridiculously false, it's extremely unfair.

The left just loves to push the boundaries on conservatives. It's just like that dispicable add that the DNC ran against Bush back in 2000 featuring the daughter of James Bird (sp). He was the black guy that was drug to his death by some lunatics in a truck in Texas. The implication was if you elect George Bush, this kind of behavior is going to escalate.

It's bad for political discourse and civility, and we greatly need that injected back into politics before people start kiling each other over their opinions.

I dont like hearing the comparison of the Nazi Party to any American political party.
Its the cheapest and most vile kind of cheap shot.
Anybody who thinks its a valid comparison needs to take History 101 again.
(But probably not at a public school)
I havent watched the Simpsons in years because of the heavy handed liberal proselytizing.
Oh look another episode where Lefty Lisa saves the day.:pow
Family Guy can be extremely funny but I really appreciate the political humor of American Dad.
South Park is hit and miss, every time I laugh I feel like Im giving up a piece of my soul:horror
If it gets really bad, off it goes.
(Heaven help me Cartman and Butters can be hysterical)

It's not comparing McCain/Palin to Nazis, it's comparing his followers and political party to Nazis, which might not be that terribly far off the mark after several McCain rallies this year which have had a hate-filled Nuremberg lynch mob vibe to them.

It is profoundly ignorant posts like this one that are the problem, and why some of us are upset that the producers of a vapid cartoon show work so tirelessly to reinforce such ignorance.

You can spin it any way you want, but the implication is that McCain/the GOP and Republicans are Nazis. Sorry.

And by the way, if you're referring to the "Kill him" comment Obama referred to in the 3rd debate, according to Secret Service, it never happened. Not one person from that rally outside of the hack, leftist reporter who wrote about it, could confirm that comment. Not one single person. So your description is more than a little hyperbolic.
