Well, SS screwed over the EU again... as they seem to think that releasing newsletters at a time to benefit both US/EU is unfeasible for some reason.


For the record, i think this piece is great and much better than the regular. I have neither since my WETA collection serves me fine.

Again, Sideshow clearly has it marked on their website what time to expect the newsletter to be up. How is Sideshow screwing over anyone?

BTW, I dont think much EU'ers will stay up at 3am for a newsletter !

I missed it and I am +++++*ing furious!! Why was the news letter EARLY this week was there a warning it would have been? Normally the news letter comes out here in the early hours of Friday morning because of the time differences which is when most of us are asleep over here so its not really fair to EU people. SS I am so pissed off you should have had an EU/Rest of World Presale and a US sale but as usual you don't really give a s**t about your EU collectors!!

We should all have been notified with something like this and AT LEAST given a crack at the ordering process, which would mean if you didn't get one then it was because you just were not fast enough but an EARLY newsletter with no warning of what it would be on a 50 piece item and released on PT time to boot, NAH that pisses me off SS.
And for the record before anyone starts ranting on about tantrums and name calling I am not pissed at anyone on here, I am just angry I missed this as I don't feel it was a fair presale and I was one who would actually have KEPT this one.

Well, my point is that since their main customer base is the US and Europe, then its kind of a no-brainer to release time-sensitive newsletters available to as many people as possible.
7pm for US'ers and 3am for EU'ers is hardly a compromise !

Well, my point is that since their main customer base is the US and Europe, then its kind of a no-brainer to release time-sensitive newsletters available to as many people as possible.
7pm for US'ers and 3am for EU'ers is hardly a compromise !

I know a few people that never miss the newsletter. One is from Denmark and the other Scotland.

And time change is no excuse... Newsletter always publishes sometime between 6-7 PM PT (6:07 today, according to front page post)... and 'Sideshow PT' time is at the top of our homepage

Harumphhh... my newsletter was stamped 10.20pm ET so that's 7.20pm PT, what's up with that?

Good grief, I have been on the forum a lot more these days, morning, noon, afternoon, evenings but I didn't check it when I got home last night at 6.30pm PT (so 9.30pm for me)!!!

This morning I discover the SS newsletter, on the waitlist next day 6am PT, only to discover it sold out within 7-10 minutes.
