Faux Bronze Eagle vs Fellbeast

Hulk's going for 600-700 now.

But how long did the flippers have to store those HUGE boxes to make that money? I know some people that bought tons of Hulks and they all had to sell them before this huge increase. For a very long time they were going for retail and the cost to ship them is astronomical.

This fake bronze stuff is not impressive IMO. Dooku vs Yoda didn't go up that much in value and I doubt this will either even though there are only 50 of them. would you pay $700-$1000 for this? Hell, I wouldn't even pay $300.

I don't blame the flippers for trying at all, but i don't know that you'll make a killing off a piece like this. Good luck.

I agree, if you are only doing one(or have lots of room) though it's a pretty good return on a small investment.

I honestly don't think there are many pieces anyone is going to make a killing on especially in a short period of time. I would be more willing to take a chance on a 50 es though as it would seem to have plenty of buyers at the ready.

I think there will be buyers, but not a lot of them for a ridiculous price. You'll make some money off it and there might be a sucker or two out there who jump at an insane price, but I doubt every flipper is gonna profit $400 off it.

I think this will certianly increase in value, as I said earlier, the original Eagle Fell Beast piece was very well received and sold out very quickly.

Hater my ass. If i wanted one I'd have ordered it. I have no interest in it or trying to flip it. I am just giving my opinion.

Rory you making it sound like it's hard labor. Im good at flipping, i have an eye for things .

And let me be the first to say that the labor is minimal. I sit at my desk and click my mouse and the item gets shipped to me. I then take the box to the post office which is 2 minutes from my home, with minimal lines since I dont live in the big city (but what city is really big in hawaii? ).

Easy money, even for a measly $100 in my opinion.

I'm willing to bet, that if I listed this for $599 BIN right now, it would easily sell within the first few days. But since I want to keep mine, I guess we'll never know...



Edit: Having said that, I'd much rather have this limited piece than the "measly" $200 in flip profit. I actually like this paint job better; I think I'm one of the few that wasn't a huge fan of the original paint job. I had a hard time disceminating which were the eyes and which were the nostrils.

$599 HAHAHAHAHA! You could put this up and ask $999 for it and you would get it...That is a a true flipper and something worth selling!

Realistically, can anyone from the Star Wars forum state which of the releases to date has held up its value? Somehow all the releases to date are flash-in-the-pan when they bloat up in price, but over time, they don't hold up as well. It's because there's just sooooo many Star Wars products out there, and still going.

I was planning to get this faux bronze in addition to the painted version, but the fact that they decided to make only 50, and not announce it ahead of time, means I'm on the fence about wanting to go the auction route. Somehow I get the feeling that painting myself a faux bronze layer, isn't as hard as say, converting a SIM to a Red-Gold IM.

I missed it and I am +++++*ing furious!! Why was the news letter EARLY this week was there a warning it would have been? Normally the news letter comes out here in the early hours of Friday morning because of the time differences which is when most of us are asleep over here so its not really fair to EU people. SS I am so pissed off you should have had an EU/Rest of World Presale and a US sale but as usual you don't really give a s**t about your EU collectors!!

We should all have been notified with something like this and AT LEAST given a crack at the ordering process, which would mean if you didn't get one then it was because you just were not fast enough but an EARLY newsletter with no warning of what it would be on a 50 piece item and released on PT time to boot, NAH that pisses me off SS.
And for the record before anyone starts ranting on about tantrums and name calling I am not pissed at anyone on here, I am just angry I missed this as I don't feel it was a fair presale and I was one who would actually have KEPT this one.

Well, the newsletter comes out between 6-7 PM Arizona time so the fact that it was "early" is no excuse since it was after 6. Also if you saw the charity auctions you knew that this was going to be up for order soon so thats really no excuse either. The DOTF bronze will be offered soon as well so if you want that one you better be ready the next couple weeks.
