There really is no difference. The morning after pill works almost exactly like The Pill. It stops conception. If conception does occure it is less effective and chances are you'll still get pregnant because it will not prevent a fertilized egg from implanting in the uterus.

I actually had a scare with a friends ex last December. I had not seen her in years so, we went for coffee then turns out i am back at her place watching V for Vendetta and then three hours later, i am banging her bareback on her bed.Next day is Sunday and we are out driving around looking for the morning after lol!..most pharmacies are closed(went to like 10 of them) and finally got it..i think it was like $40, never talked to her again since haha!!..i was soo paranoid that day..when got back in the car i was making sure she actually chased that pill down with a swig of pepsi...Thankfully i have not had so many wreckless nights like that in my life, surely i would have a full head of grey hairs by now if i did.

My brother got caught in something like that but the girl wasn't taking the pill like she "said". But she's taking the pill NOW after she already had his kids.........Suffice to say, I don't like her too much
