As for this new one, it's retarded. Birth control doesn't kill babies, it just prevents babies from being created in the first place. That doesn't kill life, it doesn't stop anything. It just prevents that life from forming in the first place.
If they made this legal, that would mean that unfertilized eggs are considered people in FL. Which would be Hell on the census, and if a woman was killed the killer would go to trial for her and for all of the eggs she would produce in her lifetime.

People are really much more conservative here in Florida than one would expect. California was a breath of fresh air. I felt like a prisoner granted a leave.

This is a group of people that want to outlaw abortion. They are going state-by-state to get the law passed. The problem is the law would make birth control illegal by the wording.
