I was looking at Star Wars light switch covers on eBay just for the heck of it. This would be funny due to the placement of where the switch would be sticking out. :lol

someone should take the "Goldenrod" Topps card and make a switchplate with that.

Nice work! :) Have you done any ships yet?

They have pics of each figure loose with the right accessories.

Carded Romba?! Oooooh... :D
PERFECT!!! Thank you so much! I'd rep you if I could! What's funny is I randomly selected Han Solo, which shows all variants. I never knew there was a Han Endor variant! Now I gotta see what I have. Hopefully both! Unfortunately, many of the robed characters I got from the collection I bought are kinda crusty. Any tips on washing the action figure robes without ruining them?

I also gotta decide what to keep, or not keep, regarding vehicles. I have two boxed Falcons for instance, one ESB, one ROTJ. I have no idea what's complete, or not complete. That website should help with that as well...
I spent $500 on the collection. Part of me says I overpaid, part says I got a bargain. Lots of it is in poor condition. The figures appear to be in great condition. I'm very excited about the playsets. I also got one carded ROTJ two-pack, which I believe is Han Endor with Wicket. So I may indeed have the Han Endor variation, due to the 2-pack. But I was planning on selling the two-pack, cuz I hear they fetch good money, and it doesn't excite me. I love carded figures, but the two-packs have boring packaging.

Very nice! When that set comes out I will keep an eye out on ebay for one.

Ya know its funny that back then that seemed like it was such trolling going on. I'd say that was tame compared to some of the stupidness we see today. Its just constant but that's probably because we have so many members now. I agree that folks look for flaws so they can rail against them or it becomes "How dare you like something!".

That we are. I think board years are like dog years. I've been here since December of 2003 when we were on Ezboard and the evolution of this place is crazy as is the types of collectors that have come and gone.

:lol

That does it, Thom! You really really really need to follow in FLOSI's shoes and contact Topps!!! Those could each be cards!!! Awesome work!

It may be in the "cards" someday. Our cantina proprietor has been very supportive and encouraging. :)

Ouch pretty much my whole check today is going towards Flex payments!

I miss the days when I could do that! :lol

Oof, no idea there. Check over at the RS boards, I'm sure someone has done it.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Thanks. I was aware of that one, but don't find it as easy to use for quick weapon matching. However, RS is more descriptive when it comes to variations. Plus, it lists TWO Hoth Leia variants which 12back.com doesn't even show!!! So I may end up using both sites...
This is gonna be a major project. I recently found MY vintage figures and weapons. Plus I have the collection I recently bought. So I need to get through a few hundred figures. I'm also hoping that some of the collection I bought will give me figures I didn't already own. But I know there is nothing super rare. No final 17, no vinyl jawa, no Ewoks/Droids spin-off figures (I do own a few carded however), and no blue snags. The Power Droid is the only figure I know for sure I never had, so I'm keeping that one. I look forward to discovering what other variants I may have.

A 2-pack?!?! Wow that's awesome. Yeah they are rare. I've never seen one in person.

Going through that would be so much fun. I've never had the chance to buy a really nice sized Star Wars lot. If I've ever come across them it's either been all vehicles or just waaaaay overpriced. I still have all my figures from childhood and would love to complete them someday instead of replacing them.

Yeah, a Y-Wing. :) I'll do more this weekend though.

Yes! I request that you do a Speederbike, preferably with an Ewok driving it. :D
