100 things? Nonsense.

Agreed... I have room, therefore I need stuff to fill it :lecture And I thought he was just saying 100 collectibles at first :lol

Yep!! Ever since 1993 my dream car has been a Ford Explorer. :lol :lol
I had to have it like in Jurassic Park. hahahah!!

Dream big :lol

As I was setting up collectibles this evening, I realized I have #1138 of the Gentle Giant McQuarrie Vader bust. :lol

Very cool :rock

Good morning! My second official day of solo Mr. Momming while the Mrs. goes out to make the bacon.. Gonna try to set up a makeshift art table upstairs so I can get some stuff done when my daughter blesses me with a nap.

Ah naps... my daughter is at the age were they are starting to fade, so sad to see naptime go. I looked forward to that 2 hour window of quiet :monkey2

We stopped doing nap time for my youngest because it was pushing her bed time back. An hour nap and she was up until 10, it sucked.

I just saw this on FB and thought of you:

I saw that on Facebook too. A lot of those are those X-Plus figures I collect, not actual suit pics. It looks like the new Godzilla is going to be the biggest of them all.

My wife started to phase them out intentionally thinking the nap was keeping her up later, but we found that she's up to about the same time but we don't get a break :lol

I would like to bring back nap time for myself during the work day.

GB's mom likes my FB page. :lol That's so damn cool.

That is hilarious :lol

She does love SW though... back in the day she'd buy anything she could find that related to SW, I'm sure my love of SW and all things Science Fiction and Fantasy is because of her.

Post a list of what complete figures you have. I could use quite a few. I was able to trade for some yesterday so I need to work on my Master List.

And, HIMYM is one of my all time favorite shows. I was dying laughing at the episode with the Grail Knight but my wife didn't get it, of course.

That 1998 one sucks *****.

I guess using the plural form of ball is a no-no. :lol

Agreed... sucks that you can actually see a progression and then that shat-stain just jacks up the whole thing :lol

I'm not a Godzilla fan at the level of Ben but I still freaking love that big green lizard. Brings back great memories from my childhood....

That's where my love for Middle-earth really started with my Mom.

punk - I never said I wanted to eliminate friends, colleagues, and loved ones. Although you are correct. Strict Buddhism does push cutting off all attachments to attain enlightenment. Not really for the lay practitioner like myself attempting to survive in the real world outside of a monastery. And the thing is, that all these things I own don't really bring me that much joy. I get the usual jolt of satisfaction from the initial purchase and arrival of a new toy, but in the long run, it almost always wears off. And quickly at that. Anyway, there's no way I would cut off my friends, many of which I count you guys as. I feel blessed to have found this sanctuary from the madness.

We are like opposite sides of the same coin. ;)

How much were they a pop, Ben?? No, I hope they're good too. A Mario, Luigi and Bowser are must buys.

The Pokemon are bulkier and cost about $50-$60. Mario guys might be closer to the Power Rangers/Megaman prices of $40 each. Pretty pricey, but I think that company makes the best 6" figures on the market.

Book 2 is coming out in March and book 3 in July. :rock
