Ben I thought of you when they showed off some of the stuff they want to do with Godzilla two. I was excited because I did enjoy the first one but thought of hardcore guys like you that would really love seeing classic baddies come back to the big screen.

Oh yeah! I wish I could've been there. The whole monster cast of Ghidorah The Three Headed Monster in a movie together again. I would think it'll be impossible to screw up. Hopefully.....:lol

That's interesting. I wonder why that is, is there a particular reason why they have stuck with the B-movie type effects?

Godzillia 101 with Professor Ben :lecture

It's cheaper for them. Japanese movies don't have budgets even close to those of American movies. To be honest, I love the rubber suits. They get the job done, and it really quite impressive what they've been able to pull off with just suits. They can be cheesy at times and make you chuckle a bit, but I feel like that's part of the charm of Godzilla movies.

Huh, I'm wholly unfamiliar with Godzilla films and the culture around it. I don't think I have even see an entire Godzilla movie.

I think there is some on Amazon Prime, maybe I should check one out.
