Yes. Yes, they do. Pretty flippin' ridiculous. Imo.

I know! If they weren't old Hot Toys items that were going for way more than what I bought for them years ago, I would have gone another route. :monkey2

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

with all the die cast talk going on in the Marvel thread, do you think it would be cool to see a die cast armored Boba?

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Weird thing happened today. Target has that Mr Freeze/Batboat set on sale for 16 bucks, so I go buy one. I get home and open it and none of the minifig parts are there! The box was sealed, as were the bags, so I figure there must have been one bag with the minifigs that was omitted. I do an exchange and open the new box at the return desk to avoid a third trip and the minifigs are there this time. Weird thing is all the figure parts are spread around throughout all three bags from the set. I've never even bought a set that was missing A part, much less some of the most important ones.

Re-seal, I've been burned by a re-seal. Take a razor to the bottom of the box and take out what you need. ****heads do it all the time for the coveted minifigures.

You know how the sealed end of Lego bags kind of have a ribbed/crimped look, like there's two rows of sealed material and the ends are serated? Well each of the bags had an end that just had a straight seal, which isn't what I'm used to seeing... I guess I can see that happening with a bigger set, but with that little Mr Freeze one you get three cool Minifigs and the Batboat is really cool too. So worth 20 bucks, and a steal at 16. Never underestimate a ********'s ability to be cheap, I guess?

Missing minifigs in a re-seal would seriously make me lose my ****. I like the sets but don't mess with my minifigs.

Exactly, welcome to the dark side of the brick aka grown men who are total dicks about their bricks.

Yeah, when it first happened to me the Target employee where I returned it asked me "Well how do I know you didn't open it?" I gave him a look like I wanted to jump the counter and beat his ***. I was pissed.

I was selling some Target-exclusive Mine sets a while back to buyers overseas on ebay. One guy told me the exclusive (first released) troll was missing from his set. I had to open another set and send the troll to him. I don't know who screwed me but I was pissed.

This is why you keep the boxes sealed forever, my friends. :lecture

New Trevas, where?!!
:panic::panic:

He's going to have a print at Celebration Europe II. I just hope it's not in the same vein as the last two releases and of A New Hope origin...

Just got this in the mail. I was finally sitting down to watch The Last Crusade, but now I'm gonna watch this instead. I love this kind of thing. Limited to only 1000 copies, so go get your's right away. I thought I'd be getting a vial of earth from the Endor shooting location in the Redwoods, but I don't miss it anyway. Came with five collector cards though...
