I was so damn excited, Zach.... Midnight showing, etc. I was in my mid twenties with my brother and a bunch of our friends who all grew up on Star Wars. I think it was around the point where Anakin showed up that I first thought "I think this movie is really going to suck".... Jar Jar, Battle droid talk, that stupid Indian kid that hung out with Greedo. WTF?

I remember this. I was 13 and super excited for Episode 1. I even made my dad go out on midnight madness and buy me a handful of toys. I wanted Maul, Jar Jar (I though he was going to be the prequel equivalent of Chewie), Queen Amidala, and Obi-Wan. I saw it and was pretty disappointed when the battle droids and Jar Jar showed up, too. When Anakin appeared, I knew it was all over.

I got some money from my aunt for my birthday, so bought myself some early birthday presents.

Went to LEGO store and got the 3 new Iron Man sets and the TMNT Baxter robot set!

We stood chatting up Swabie for quite a while today in front of Mondo and they were very dead by that point, just prints sitting all around, plenty for the masses. Rear Window looked nice.

I like that it's an homage to the Fantastic Four #1 cover. I think there'll be some left over for online sales. Shouldn't be too bad.

Judging by the pics I've seen online, it looks like WonderCon is much cooler than C2E2 and Wizard World Chicago.

That's actually the only reason I liked it. And Ken agreed with you, that WonderCon is better than those two.

I wish I liked Adventure Time, or even knew what the hell it was.

Adventure Time is a great cartoon. I like Regular Show a little bit more than it, though. Both are on Cartoon Network.

Watching Titanic in 3D this morning. Kate Winslet is gorgeous in 3D.

That tv looks pretty nice..we are thinking of upgrading our family room 50" Samsung. Depends on what kind of refund we get back. Though this will be the first year we've ever gotten a refund. Having a kid and being able to deduct daycare really helps.

Ya this is the first year we have to pay but it is looking like with our current situation we are going to have to either pay or break even every year.
