We did have a relocation last year from Texas to Oklahoma, so I know that added some income that we don't normally get. Plus, 1/3 of our taxes we paid today were for this great state. :cuckoo:

Oof! I got screwed the one year i had to file in two states so i can kind of understand.

Thats the best way to collect, get rid of the stuff that isn't really that great anymore and make way for the newer and cooler. Then in 5 years you regret selling something and pay 2 times what you sold it for to get it back :rotfl

Honestly, out of the hundreds of things I've sold over the years I think there's only a few things that I truly regret. The rest just comes and goes and I'm fine with that. I have some stuff in my "permanent collection" that I could never had bought if it wasn't for selling other things that I no longer wanted... Speaking of, who wants to buy some Legos so I can finish my Kenner Raiders collection. :Lol

Kinda funny...

Ha! That's awesome.

Yeah, I do the same. There's also display space to take into account. Can't just keep buying without running out of room. :lecture
I still haven't learned that lesson. I keep buying, even though I KNOW I don't have the room. Hence, boxes boxes everywhere!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I should start putting this message in my listings. :lol

"The speed of my shipping will be based on the speed of your paying. Pay within a day and I will ship within a day. Pay within 4 days..." :pfft:
That's actually kinda awesome! I like it!!! :hi5:

I'm a couple grand poorer today. **** you very much, government!
DAYYUM!!! I actually got quite a nice refund this year. $1000 from Feds, $500 from State. But I still didn't file til yesterday. What shall I spend my refund on??? Oh wait, I think I already did. My vacation charges are sitting on my credit card, waiting to be paid. :gah:

Our refund is going towards paying off the debt that racked up after my unemployment got cut off. Whatever is left should cover Summer Camp tuition for my daughters. I'm so glad that we'll finally have 2 incomes after 5 years. Hopefully no more struggling and we can finally start to save.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I spent my refund a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away. On LEGOS!!! :lol :lol

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Speaking of people who paid before Friday, I got a box of Han & Luke stormtrooper heads in the mail today Mr. Waller. :wave

Anyone have suggestions for bodies to put them on?

There is no greater crime than earning a living. You must pay. :lecture

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Speaking of, how's the set up coming?

I destroyed the town when I thought we were getting new furniture. Now the minifigs and buildings and trains are all over the place (on my Bestas, in the LEGO room, in my room). No good at all! :monkey2

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Would have been a much different movie if it had gone down like that.

Guess it depends on what figures you plan to bash?

If going with the classic ANH looks; I'd definitely get a fixed neck body for Han. I used a Soldier Story for mine, and although the shoulders are a bit too broad, overall the body looks great for Han and is quite affordable ($20 or so).

Luke's a bit tricky as there aren't any short bodies with a fixed neck; I think quite a few people are found of the Slim TT; but I personally think they're too tall. I ended up using a Pro 1.0 for Luke and aside from the boring neck joint the rest looked quite good and it's an affordable option.

Not gonna get you a diamond ring

That sort of gift don't mean anything

Not gonna get you a fancy car

Girl, ya gotta know you're my shinin' star

Not gonna get you a house in the hills

A girl like you needs somethin' real

Wanna get you somethin' from the heart

Somethin' special girl

It's my DROID in a box

My DROID in a box babe

It's my DROID in a box

Ooh, my DROID in a box girl

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Hope it gets better soon buddy! :1-1:

Cheer up... What you owe is no where close to what I owe. :1-1:

Thanks, guys. Part of my mood recently is how my job is going. Some days it's just so hard coming to work to support the dumbasses I do. Helpdesk tickets can really be a pain. :gah:
