Yeah they can get you like that. I normally see those coming at this point and just will wave them off since and most the time they won't bother since they know your own to them and will move in to an easier target.

Happy late Birthday, Scott, you smelly old fart :wave
Thanks, I think?

Your total sales
Total sales amount:$44,550.41
Total transactions:1782
Date of first sale:Nov 12, 2001

This is wrong because I actually started selling in 1998. And at one time I had two accounts for selling different items. You could probably add another $5-10k on to that.
This is deja vu. I think we all had this discussion last year. I believe we determined that Ebay did not track this information before November 2001, since all of us had a similar "First Sale" date listed. Mine says Nov 3, 2001.

You sold a lot more than me, but my average is way better. I got 2/3 of your money, but only 1/3 of the transactions.
Total sales amount:$30,361.29
Total transactions:582

Yeah I think you're right, we did discuss this not too long ago. My sale transaction count is high because I used to sell anything I could find and would rather break even than throw it out.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I remember discussing this before. The reason I brought it up is because I got this email from eBay and decided to look at my dashboard. Does this mean two buyers tried to get their money back? If so, WTF!

Thanks for consistently delivering exceptional service to your buyers. We're here to provide you a marketplace where you can sell with confidence. That's why we've taken the following steps during the past month to protect your account:

• Prevented 2 eBay Money Back Guarantee request(s) from being opened too early in the past 2 months

We've already updated your seller dashboard to reflect these changes, which are for transactions made during the past year. When we remove transaction defects, your transaction defect rate may not go down if you had transactions that received more than one defect

Yeah, I get some of those as well... I think a newb of buyers try to file a complaint if there stuff doesn't arrive within a few days. And rather than contact the seller to ask for an update or even bother checking the tracking that's been provided they just open a claim.

One of the many annoying things that's happened since eBay did away with the ability to leave negative feedback for buyers.

I wish it would tell me who it was so I could block their ass. :lecture

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I sold three cards on Ebay and one person paid. :lol

Such a joke. The only way to get paid is to list with Immediate Payment required. And even then I get emails from people asking if they can buy it now and pay later. WTF has happened to people that they don't understand - you can't buy something unless you have enough money for it???

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

That reminds me, I need to pay you for stuff. :monkey3

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Any of you guys have any star cases you aren't using ?

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Where do you find your total sales?

I get the same email semi-regularly from Ebay. Makes me wonder if they aren't just making it up or it's a glitch or something. Especially since i haven't sold that much in the past little while.

I got that email too, weird.

Ha - just noticed when I clicked on the Order Details, "both" buyers are the same guy with two Ebay IDs - cleroyj and ajluvselvis. Unbelieveable how ****ing wacky some people are.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Thinking about using all my points on Luke. Why is it so hard to commit on points usage lol!

It's not easy. Once they're gone, they're gone and it's nice knowing that have the option of picking something for free in the future.

Both of those accounts share letters similar to Flosi. I bet those are both his accounts. You have to watch out for fellow artists. :wink1:
