re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I was going to get a PS3 when I got my new tv, but all I'd play on it is Batman and God of War. Maybe Tomb Raider.

PS4 has Batman as of next week. Then it will have Star Wars.

After RE4, my favorite game on PS2 was Battlefront. I haven't played in a long time.

I endorse PS4. They have the remake of Resident Evil that was previously only on Gamecube and Wii. Resident Evil 0 is coming out pretty soon too.

I love 4, but the Remake is one of my favorites too. The old gameplay with the fixed cameras and limited ammo was something really special to me.

It's a remake of the very first Resident Evil game on PS1 with updated graphics. Here are trailers for the original and the remake:

One of my last Joes as a kid. :) Damn, Ski did a great job on the head/gloves!! :clap And you banged that F'r home!

That's a great custom! Always nice to see figs that are so nostalgic.

That is so awesome ! I'll remember to swipe it when I visit ! :panic:

Nice job, King (and Ski)!

Well done King... that's a sweet figure :rock

Dude, your Hasbro inspired GI Joe customs are ****ing insane. This is seriously top notch and Boa was always one of my all-time fave figures as a kid. :clap

Muchos grassyass pendayhoes :)
I have PS4 and nobody listens to me, but everybody should play Guacamelee. You can thank me later.
Guacamole is disgusting.

No campaign makes me less interested. I've never done online gaming and that being the only option doesn't interest me much :dunno

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Was there a game on one of the early Windows systems similar to what RE became?

I'm not sure. Resident Evil was heavily influenced by Sweet Home for the PC, but that was a RPG style game.

I agree, but this is Guacamelee where you play as a Mexican luchador and try to save the world from evil skeleton on the day of the dead.

I would've liked to have a campaign as well. I rarely play online and much prefer a story driven game at my own pace to the online stuff, but this looks like it could be fun.

It really is. It also has some of the best and most challenging 2d platforming I've ever seen. It was free with Playstation+ last month and I'm really glad I downloaded it.

I know what you mean. I used to play Uncharted and Metal Gear Solid 4 online and there were some people on there that sunk way too much time into it. I kinda like playing fighting games like Street Fighter online, though. The one on one aspect is pretty cool, but there are some insane players on there too.

That was uncalled for :(

Co-Op missions are different from online play.

I love co-op missions as they let your team play through missions vs. computer enemies.

I did it a lot with my nephew in Destiny and we played together and sometimes with others. But it was a mission based play. Not all out melee against strangers.

I see it as our group has a squad that plays together to complete missions.

I like that idea.

For any of you Joe fans.

From the forum:

Ok, I managed to knock this guy out Sunday, Ski did an amazing job. I had parts gathered for sometime, finally had time to put it all together.

I chose the HT cause I thought it approximated the figure body well, he's not a Roadpig sized body. Plus the rib cage really reminded me of the original figure. Too bad the articulation is so limited. Didn't totally finish, wanna add the codpiece and maybe tweak the boots to look more like the figure, I would say its 95% done.

Anyway, here's my take on Big Boa.
