When exactly did He Man become so goddamn popular? There's like five companies making MotU products :google

He has the power. I've always been a big He-Man fan. Got a ton of the Masters of the Universe Classics line.

Yeah, me too, but it just seems like this resurgence of MotU came out of nowhere.

Maybe because Matty is winding down on the He-Man line. I've always really wanted nice 1/6 He-Man figures, but I bet they'll be very pricey.

I was never into MotU, but that PCS 1/4 scale Battle Cat with He-Man is pretty sweet looking!

I really hope the Delorean that is coming will have the swap out Mr. Fusion and flip up tires... Make it for both movies like they did with the '89 Batmobile.

1/6th scale TIE Fighter? That is just ridiculous.

It's bigger than most people's display cabinets!

As I mentioned in the thread, I'd get something like that as my one and only showpiece and jettison the rest of my collectibles. That being said, even if they make that thing, the price is up in the air right now and of course I have my limits.

I've given a lot of thought to the insanity of 1/6 lately, and think I'd be fine with a round-up of my favourite heroes...

Batman ('89 Film Version or Returns)
Spider-Man (Still waiting for the perfect comic-suit version...ASM2 comes really close)
Bruce Lee
Luke Skywalker (Pilot Gear)
Iron Man (film version...hoping for a DC Mark IV with better articulation than the recent Mark III)

R2 and Probe Droid would fit somewhere in there, and I could display one or two stormtroopers/sandtroopers with a 1:1 helmet and done.

OR...it all goes out the window and I get a 1/6 TIE Fighter and try to explain that to my woman! :rotfl

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I can't even imagine trying to justify the TIE Fighter to my woman!

She *hates* the Probe Droid, so I'd start by telling her I'm getting rid of it. Then I'd mention I'm getting rid of everything and just displaying ONE item.

Aaannd then it would get interesting. :rotfl

The only thing in my favour is that we have one room in the house more than big enough to house it comfortably.

But as I said, even if I got past her opinion, there are limits to what I would pay for such an item.

Well it's a good start! :)

Probe Droid-"hate" seems common among women, mine just calls it the UFO-thing. :rotfl

Has anyone confirmed it being a 1/6 scale Tie Fighter? I know they did the Bat in a smaller scale awhile back... maybe this is like that...
