I hope to get off tomorrow, too.

I think my comic guy is getting me the oversized yoda cards
Now i need to work on hallmark Ackbar
And i owe fury money still

I like the original head better anyway. It's classic.




I wish they made a movie where Godzilla had a rocket firing right fist.

While I hate the idea of Toynami making a new one, I don't mind the fact that they changed it enough that it's distinguishable from the original.

And good job getting off for G-Fest. You NEED to go.

I'd be happy to get off by the next time my birthday rolls around and I turn 30, but I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen.

Oh yeah, I'm glad they changed him up a bit as well, but I'd rather just have an original at a cheaper price since I prefer the look of the original one anyway. I saw one in perfect condition with a perfect box on one of my collector groups and the guy wants $1,000 for it.

Thanks. It's a really small convention, but it's pretty neat seeing all that Godzilla stuff in one place.

Well I'll say it....from the pics so far, I'm really liking Sideshow's SW offerings this year...cool variety...almost low-key (in a good way). Hot Toys...yeah, there is some impressive stuff but...nothing that is making me say "gotta have it all". Old Ben looks good there, the ROTJ Boba looks great...the ANH Luke is good...and that's really it for me.

The rest of it looks big, expensive and just "off" a bit...glad they're putting on a strong show here, but I'm not feeling the "pull". I'll stick with Sideshow's good looking variety there....

Maybe McQuarrie, but even the muted colors of the Stormtrooper aren't doing much for me. I know they tried to match the art, but it just looks so different than the stark black and white I'm used to seeing.

Im def going to get the Mcquarrie Trooper and Vader 1/6th. Will use points on Leia an flex the AT-AT trooper and Fett.

Going to see what i can sell tomorrow. I have a few old comics from Iron Man and Fantastic Four. I think i have Silver Surfers first appearance to.
