re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Well considering QMX's Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly, SSC's Nathan Drake and HT Commando Arnie... I'd day they all same bs companies who have qc issues with production. Now if we could get manufacturing back in America I'm pretty sure every person on this board would be happy to inject mold a new Vader or Iron Man.

I was talking manufacturing with a tool and die guy a few years back. They would send geometry to China and up to half of what they got back was unusable. But it was so cheap they could eat it and keep going. Don't know if much has changed since 2009 or whenever it was. But I do think we need to make things here in North America. (I'm Canadian).

Chewbacca is in the house, and unlike the HT one he is not weird looking :)

Pixel is monotoring his every move but sofar so good. No aggressive behavior. If anything Chewie is more cocky than Pixel, he is a real wuss. :)

UT, looks like Medicom is making some Frozen 1/6 figures.

OK I admit those look good!!! Just like the cartoons. I like the Olaf!

I will buy these for my kids, they look better than anything put out by Disney right now. Of course I'll wait until they are severely clearanced. I got my Attack on Titan figures for under $100 :lol

I've learned never to pay full price for Medi.

I can't understand comic books being $3.99... :slap

My fund went up today! :D

What is sad is $3.99 is fairly "cheap." Usually Number Ones are $5.99 :slap

Chewie is beautiful! Congratulations on your new addition!

Just got back from seeing Ant Man, really enjoyed it. Rudd played the part nicely, but Michael Pena stole every scene he was in.

I really like this purple Godzilla. Only 100 in the whole world.

I was big into Godzilla when I was a kid. I considered getting a Godzilla or two over the years, but they'd never really fit anywhere. I remember a pretty big one (can't recall from what company) they had at ... Tower Records(?) for a while ... most of what I see now is generally in a smaller scale.

That's a stylized figure, about 8" tall, but I've got some pretty big ones too. I have these two and they're both very large Godzilla toys. The bigger one is about two feet tall and the smaller one is about 16".

Nice. I really like the smaller one. What era/company is that?

(In other news, I need to get off the computer. Been 3D modelling all day and intermittently checking email and forums. My eyes are gonna pixelate soon.)

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

It's X-Plus Godzilla 2001 from their Giganic series. He was released about two years ago. They also have 10" and 12" Godzilla figure lines.

Why else would you buy something? You can't buy it to "not have," unless, I suppose you were buying it to gift to someone...
