re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Yeah, the price on her is a bit more than I was hoping, but still less than I feared :lol

$205 is right about in the middle... and with NRD might as well give it a day one PO. Still, I'll try to re-order later with a $20 off coupon.
What NRD? I don't see any NRD on Leia... It doesn't even have a shipping cost yet! Just ordered... I'm sure they'll add shipping later, but there was no mention of NRD when checking out...

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

GB missed the word "no" when typing.
Ah, makes sense... I thought he was saying he was waiting for a coupon... But now I see he said RE-order, so yeah, he forgot the word "no"
You'd think he'd be used to that word! I'm sure his wife says "no" to him all the time! :monkey3

I think so?? Not the ST one, just the regular. I'm honestly thinking about getting out of the hobby in a year or two...
I've been "thinking about" getting out of the hobby for years... But it didn't happen... I'm avoiding the Han and Luke troopers. I have the Sideshow 2-pack. I wish I had sold it when it was worth a lot, but now that Hot Toys is making em, the market crashed. I'll just keep those. Good enough.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I ordered the exclusive Luke... just to be safe even though I had to pay an NRD on him :cuss

Just had falafel... Thought of you. ;)

Hot balls in your mouth made you think of me, makes sense :lecture

GB missed the word "no" when typing.

Yep, sorry for the confusion... no NRD is what I intended to say :lol

I think I will most;y be out after the new movie anyway. OT stuff will die down a lot after that.

All I need is pilot Luke and "Returns' Batman and I'm done.

The only figures I would swap/upgrade in the future:

1. If a superior Mark IV were made (better proportions and better articulation, no weird gimmicks).

2. Snowspeeder pilot Luke (probably).

3. If the MCU Spidey is that much better/closer to a classic comic Spidey.

Otherwise, I stopped the insanity in advance. Too much stuff coming out. Just gonna let it go.

What's your motivation to exit, Flosi?

Passing on leia. I'm happy enough with my sideshow version. I think my collecting fever has broken as well. It's getting too expensive.

It's just never ending.... I'm 40 and I see no end in sight unless I create that finish line myself..... Not sure if that makes sense. :lol

That's what I had to do. I wanted to get all the HT SW figures coming out, but figured it'd be best to stop before getting them because I knew they'd keep me hooked.

Same here... $20 off cuts my sales tax out...

They probably put an NRD on her when she becomes coupon eligible.

Makes perfect sense. I'm 42 myself and true to my nature, I couldn't see myself with a large collection. Much as I love this stuff, that ain't me.

Star Wars was the problematic property of course, given the deep character selection and intense merchandising.

I just kept making cuts; both to what I already owned and to what I was speculating on getting. Finish line is in sight, although my race wasn't as long as yours. ;)

I like these. The black Ghidorah is boss.
