I've been a huge Primus/Claypool fan since Seas of Cheese was released. The only other time I saw them was on the Antipop tour but one of my friends got really sick and we had to leave halfway through. That tour you're talking about was when they got back together after a hiatus and I was supposed to go a show but stupid family stuff came up. While Claypool was doing his solo stuff (Flying Frog Brigade, Purple Onion, Oysterhead), I saw him 5-6 times. Each time it was a small club show and I got to stand at the railing and watch, even met him a few times. He's absolutely amazing to watch play live. I've been playing bass almost half my life and still can't wrap my head around how fluid and flawless of a player he is.

They used to have really nice 30% off toy deals online pretty often. I got a lot of nice Hot Toys and Sideshow bargains that way.

Last night, yeah. Still recovering although we did do an early morning strenuous hike in the mountains with some other Hobbits.

No clue. It's weird, my one email address gets all their online sales deals and the other address gets their in-store deals even though I've never visited an actual store. They do a lot of really good sales online for music & games but none of it ever seems to be for vinyl.
