I haven't listened to vinyl since the 80's, when my mom and sister had a bunch. I would like to hear it now on a high end system and see for myself if its really better.

Mine isn't "high-end" but my dad came over and listened to something and he was l like, see. my CD doesn't sound that good. It was interesting.

I'm guess I'm not into music enough to invest in anything like that. I haven't even bought a CD in close to 20 years, I think I stopped buying CDs by the time I got out of high school

Vinyl has and will always have a warmer, fuller sound. CD, while I love it is very compressed.

Vinyl however takes commitment and time, both of which I don't have.
