From Wikipedia:
Keep Calm and Carry On was a poster produced by the British government in 1939 during the beginning of the Second World War, intended to raise the morale of the British public in the event of invasion. Seeing only limited distribution, it was little known. The poster was rediscovered in 2000 and has been re-issued by a number of private sector companies, and used as the decorative theme for a range of other products. There are only two known surviving examples of the poster outside government archives.[1]

Strange that it's become a "thing" now. I had a client really try and push this idea for the design of a theater show poster, which only made the tiniest marginal sense: the play is set in England. That's it. Otherwise it didn't make the least bit of sense to use that concept.

If you go to the Chive daily to look at gorgeous half naked ladies it makes far more sense.

Oh man, she was so hawt then. RIP Hot Carrie Fisher 1978-1983. Yes, even in the coke years she looked good.

Anyway, she looked okay to me when she played in the burbs. I say it was the 90's that took the toll.
