re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I don't really think I need it.

The truth is that for whatever reason, it seems like I've just gone through a lot of really horrible stuff in my life and most of those things are basically the worst possible events I could ever imagine experiencing that have come into reality. I think almost anybody that has had to deal with the tragedy I've face would probably have a more pessimistic viewpoint than others and feel down at times. Now, when someone I care about betrays me or treats me badly, it hits me a bit harder and it's more difficult to let it roll off my shoulders than before. I think that's just a part of who I am now. I don't think congnitive behavioral therapy or interpersonal therapy is going to help any of that.

I'm not trying to be a bummer or anything, but that's just how I see it.

To accept refuse to try anything that may or may not possibly incite a change is to embrace the misery and that is sadomasachistic. Only you can make the change, not the things around or what you have gone through. You must find the path to a better day, but better yet, you must want to walk it !

Had a little time today so I finally installed lights in my display cabinet.

Poor lonely Nikto!

Haha he is a bit lonely. Vintage is not something I plan on collecting. I got him as a gift from a friend who found him in at a garage sale.

Looks nice!

Thank you! Just need to hide the cables and attach the control box beneath the cabinet. But happy with it sofar.

Woot! Just sold my Lego Millennium Falcon! Now I'm debating if I want the TFA version.

Lighting looks great, Aliaz. :clap I think you just have to sprinkle Nikto with some water and you'll have yourself a sixth-scale figure in no time. :)

Maybe I'll plant him next to the tomato plant on our balcony. Lots of sun and I'll water it regularly. :)

Same here!
I think I'm just going to stick with my bigass Walmart Falcon that I'm hoping to repaint soon.

Oh man. I want one of the non-Force Awakens ones.

They are almost identical. Let me know if you get the TFA one - if I don't have the round radar piece I'm sure I can refer you to someplace that does.

I never got around to opening it and when I saw that the TFA one was an updated build with pretty much only the radar dish being the difference, it was a no brainer. My bash box should have a dish in it somewhere so I can do a swapperoo. Also, I kind of like the new TFA figures too. Go for it Ben!!!

You have a big ass Falcon? Lucky bum.

Yeah, I think the TFA version looks superior. And the radar dish on the last one was just a simple grey domed piece, nothing unique.

Not the bigass Hasbro one, the bigass Walmart Ex hollow plastic one. It's pretty cool and super lightweight. I'm going to hang it up when I get it painted.

I mainly want the young classic characters in the Falcon. I don't know who these new guys are yet and I'm not sure I want old Han yet.
