I like Mako way more than the Shin Godzilla Lady. Shin Godzilla Lady was supposed to be born and raised in America, but she had the thickest Japanese accent of all time, so it was kind of weird. My Grandma from Japan could speak English way better than Shin Godzilla Lady.

What was bizarre was how in one conversation she would switch back and forth from English to Japanese. It's almost as if they had her speak her lines in Japanese if she couldn't pronounce them in English.

Gotta give her some credit, she learned english specifically for this role. But Yeah it was pretty bad.

Watched the 2014 Godzilla yesterday. I enjoyed it, but Godzilla needed more screen time. His roar was ****ing terrifying in this one!
