Fred barton 1:1 Robocop bust

ANother kit to look for is the vinyl one by Huai - it was cast off of one of the original puppets. Really a nice, crisp sculpt. Has allot more realistic bulk than, say, the HT figure.

Yup, the look of the Huai kit is awesome. A combo MF(proportion) and Huai(details) will be winner.

The new pics of the chest piece don't have the bolts, therefore it's a fail.

All right, guys and gals. Just got words from the man himself.

All the bolts are IN and the first batch of the busts have been painted and shaded. And due the fact that every change or incarnation of the product must go through the studio approval process, Fred is waiting for the final clearance from MGM on the addition of the bolts.

And adding the bolts only pushed the ship date out one month or so. Fred is expecting to ship at late May or June and to sum things up, Fred said, "I'm on it, I assure you."

Freaking awesome! CAN'T WAIT! Thank you, Fred!

Don't be, my friend. It's part of the original Robocop after all, THE ONE that really makes us all became a fan of the franchise. No, that's doesn't include that thing called Robocop 3.

fred just emailed me with the shipping quotes to my country. and while it's a little higher than i expected, it's still within reason. so it's all good to go on my end. the delay is a bit of a bummer, but as they say: "all good things come to those who wait." to be honest, i haven't been this excited about a collectible in a long time.

Sure thing, my friend. Hell, as far as I'm concern, we all are the reason of the delay(I don't thing delay is right word here, I'd say, refining), which only shows how KOOL Fred is. The thing is gonna be amazingly awesome. Again, can and can't wait!
