The only 2 figures that I passed on that are the CG and the Dragon Ninja. At this point I'm really tempted to buy the Exclusive CG because they keep pushing SE back and I need my Joe fix. But I also keep thinking I should wait so I might land a BDN as well.

They're probably on backorder because they're giving them away. Once they are out, they'll probably just be listed as sold out.

I pulled the trigger on the Ex. Zartan Vs. Flint Diorama. It's marked down to $224 plus free shipping and I've wanted it for a while. I need both Desert Ops figures (Officer and Sniper) so either one of those would be nice for me to get.

read the terms and conditions , it say even if the free item shows up it still wont let you. i hope you get it, bud .

I called them a few days ago, no rewards or other promotions. Even if it lets you apply points during checkout, they will take them off when they process it.

Go read the offer again. Mystery Joe item up to $134. Desert cobras aren't that high. They'd have said up to $100 if they were only planning on giving those out.
