I've literally never heard of it until now. We don't have Dairy Queen, Hardees, or Krystal burgers, either (well, I know of one Krystal in Slidell). We just got Sonic when I was a teenager, and only have a couple Whataburgers that popped up over the last 10 years or so that I'm familiar with. Weird how chains work that way.

I can't remember for sure, but I think they got new owners or something because their food has gotten better.

I have always loved their fried clams though. They're better than any fancy fish place.

There's a Friendly's right across from UCF. I've only been there a few times. It's far too greasy. Reminds me of Denny's in some respects.

There was one in my town growing up... pretty mediocre food from what I remember.

My wife was just talking about some radio program where people called in and talked about the awful foods they had made for themselves; and a burger inside of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches was one of them Guess that caller should have patented the idea.
