I don't find this sandwich in the least bit attractive. The DD is hot, and that's all there is to say.

Me either, but I agree with every word you wrote (except for sweet butter; I like it American style).

Oh don't get me wrong I do love salty butter, but when I was a kid I used to eat a buttered English muffin every morning topped with a touch of sugar. I kind of became addicted to it lol, and since then I realized the sweet Spanish butter gives me the taste with less sugar. But there is no way I am buttering my baked potato with sweet butter.

When do you guys even use butter? On a baked Potato? Pancakes? Maybe french or sourdough bread?

I don't cook with it. I use olive oil.... So butter, or a substitute, is used maybe once or twice a month and in a very limited quantities.

I only use butter for baked potatoes and I have them very rarely. If the corn is good enough, I eat nothing on it.

Come to think of it, I rarely use butter also. I use butter mainly for English muffins and garlic bread, and I make these maybe one a month. Of course, I also eat out, and we all know about the never-ending bread basket.

It is possible to eat out and eat healthy (not fast food, of course, but in some sit down restaurants), but the people who work there will usually hate you for it :D.

I love some of the salads in fast food places. And as long as you watch which one you get, you'll actually be eating pretty healthy. McD's had an Asian and Southwest salad that are really good.

I don't like any salad not smothered with ranch. And then the purpose of that salad is defeated. :lol

Ranch isn't that bad of a dressing compared to my favorite, Thousand Island. But I use very little dressing and the dressing that they have for those salads are good and fat and calories wise aren't that bad.

I wish I could find a good olive oil based dressing that I liked.

One of the only places I eat out is In-N-Out, who I know all the ingredients have no preservatives and everything is freshly made that day. :lecture:lecture:lecture:lecture
