Email received from Sideshow this morning - they shall be billing me for my Ex Gandalf on Mon 20th Oct! But living in the UK means I'll probly be receiving this more like Mid-Late Nov - will have to rely on the pics from fellow freaks to keep me going until then!

I'm happy to be receiving another 12" LotR figure (especially seeing as it is Gandalf!) but also sad cos after this we have no new products to look forward to... come on Sideshow don't let this line fall into shadow!

I think that would preclude a eBay seller shipping him out on Friday. Looks like we'll still see him in hand before the end of the month.

I can't wait to see if the rumor is true that his head has been done like the new body heads with the cast done in flesh tone and only hair and eye paint added, could look amazing.

Haven't heard that rumor... either way not too worried as they usually do a bang-up job of paint applications with the older/more detailed looking faces. Just hope the beard work is up to the same level as General Kenobi.

Actually what he said was a friend of his got their Gandalf early and she was reporting the head to be HT style.
