Tech looks cool. Ghosts look cool (SLIMER!). Humor is about what I expected. This is what I meant by them making it TOO much of a comedy. Hoping the ghost bustin' action is enough to make it decent.

I just dont have an interest in this. It's going to be the same cliche jokes that McCarthy does, but toned down because I doubt this will get an R rating, cliche stereotypical black woman, and Kate McKinnon's Beiber impression, probably.

I held my breath and hit play. They started off with a ghost throwing up on someone. My heart sank. That was all I needed to see to know what this is. The rest of the trailer confirmed it. Not even a chuckle. No thanks.

The trailer wasn't as bad as I was expecting, it just wasn't that great. After all these years a new GB movie should be something to get excited about and blow us away. Sadly, female cast or not, it looks very mediocre.

Yeah, I thought this was a reboot, but the opening of the trailer suggests the events of the first movie already happened in this universe? If so, it's just coincidence that they randomly choose a hearse for the Ecto-1?

I also noticed that I am a bit surprised that they're following precisely the same layout for the original film--one white scientist leader, one white super nerd scientist (with hair like Egon from the cartoon!), one overweight white scientist as the "heart" of the team (?), and one black non-scientist to provide exposition and context the audience.
