I'm looking forward to the spin they try to put on this at SDCC. Should be quite interesting really. Again, I'll state I'm going to see this cause it will be like rubber necking as you drive by a car accident.
Sadly, I don't think they'll have to spin anything at SDCC. Fanboys may be the most vocal group of people in the world, but 99% of them are all talk and turn kiss ass in the presence of companies and filmmakers/actors in person.
Also, it seems like a lot of JOE fans elsewhere on the internet are actually still excited for this movie, which causes me to lose more hope for humankind.

I dunno. Remember, they didn't breathe a word about this at WonderCon earlier this year, and that would've been the perfect testing grounds. And Ray Park wasn't saying anything about it either. So I'll be VERY interested to see what's said about it.

hey Firefly's gonna be in the movie ???
considering the way things are going with this movie, i figured the movie version of firefly looked something like this:

But seeing these figures makes so fing mad. I just dont believe it. They should change the name of the movie to G.I. Jim becuase it has nothing of the original concept.
