Well I watched the two episodes. Meh. Some really lame things (Seth Green as Dr. Mindbender, Emo Baroness) some cool things (people getting killed; even incinerated, Snake Eyes.) Better than DIC, Sygma Six, and ROC. Not the most offensive thing ever but pales compared to the original toon and last year's Resolute. I could see myself watching it if I'm ever guide surfing and nothing else is on.

Once I got past the animation style, I actually liked it. I hope more characters keep getting introduced, as 8 Joes isn't enough.

Watched it, it was alright. Some good new ideas (especially what they're doing with Cobra), but the rest wasn't that good. The nicknaming felt forced, the writing was a bit meh, the story not that interesting...I liked Cobra Commander though, until I saw he only has about half his face covered. The animation was pretty terrible too, both in style and execution. Still, it has promise, so I'll probably keep watching a few episodes, see if it gets better, but it didn't pleasantly surprise me like TF Prime did. Now that was a rock solid opening, save for a few annoying elements.

Enjoyed it. Interesting take starting it with them the way they did. The animation was interesting but will take a bit getting used since its not a style I'm used to. Do like seeing GI Joe back on TV again though. For me Snake Eyes was by far the coolest of the characters in the first two episodes.

I watched Transformers Prime (hereafter referred to as TP becuase it's value equals that of toilet paper) before I watched the new GI Joe: Renegades so I expected GI Joe to be grotesquely pathetic like TP. I was pleasantly surprised, and thanks to you guys in this thread for the youtube links.

That and the design of the robots makes me cringe. It is obviously geared toward the kids, and th kids can have that one.

There are a few aspects of Renegades that I am not too hip on. But so far, they are easy to overlook. Mindbender looks a little too Peter Parker-ish for me and CC's half mask wasn't real cool. There seems to me to be an underlying "green"message. But, I do think I will enjoy the cartoon well enough.

I enjoyed Renegades for the most part. I like the whole A-Team riff and having Cobra be the "good" guys... This is sort of what I though they would do with the movie sequel seeing as how Zartan is now President. The only gripe I have with the show so far is that I hope they aren't just going to be fighting Bio-Vipers every episode. That will get stale and lame FAST.

I thought the animation on Transformers was quite awesome. Reminded me of something from Pixar actually. The only thing that was something I didn't care for was Optimus Prime having an actual mouth.
