Thanks Boba Ben.

Quite expensive for 35cm... and still unpainted. :(

I know...I'm trying to find one painted + delivered for around 300...not cheap but this would be my personal grail. But apparently someone didn't like my comment about king ghidorah being wise to avoid that Godzilla.

HOLY CRAP!!! :clap NOW he looks like planet destroyer that he was known for being back in the 60's. Fiercest design yet.

Now he looks expensive! Love the evil faces, the wings look great, and how muscular the legs look.

Hell yeah!
Is this possibly from the same artist as the Godzilla?
Looks like they both have the same style.

Amazing piece for sure. :rock

Don't believe so. From a company called Honey Bones. But, that doesn't mean it couldn't be. This is a brand new kit, so the only potential info I can come across is in Japanese

i think this may be a re release that was being offered recently by a member of The Clubhouse whom has a japanese connection. i don't see it being offered anymore but i think with shipping the kit was well over 400 bucks .

[2000] Godzilla vs. Megaguirus

How many action figures were made after Godzilla 2000 from the movie "Godzilla vs. Megaguirus", and which figure is the best of 'em, please?

It completely depends on your budget. The japanese bandai, specifically the Godzilla from the Megaguirus boxset, is great. But if you want true detail, resin kits are the way to go. Don't think X-Plus has made him yet.

Re: [2000] Godzilla vs. Megaguirus

Yeah, here's mine. It was taken with a cell phone but you should get the idea. It's much nicer than the Godzilla 2000.

Very nice, indeed! Thanks for the pic. :)
I saw some cool 2000 Godzilla kits here as well https://www.kaijukits.com/database/godzilla2000.htm but I think I'd prefer to have an articulated action figure.

What do you think of the
godzilla2000.jpg
Godzilla 2000 by Banpresto?

Well I don't think anything has been produced yet that sports much articulation. You may want to wait and see of the Monsterarts series includes the millenium Godzilla. So far, it's just been hesei series.

That looks like bandai to me. The Banpresto one is really nice, about 12 inches tall, but not poseable at all.

Again, though, if you're looking for articulation, you won't be too happy with anything that's currently out.

The Banpresto 2000 is based on Yuji Sakai's concept maquette for the 2000 suit, it's about 10" tall and big around cuz of the tail but it's a really cool looking piece, I actually wish the 2000 suit looked closer to his concept.

Question on the Banpresto 2000. I think I've seen a lighter and a darker green one. So i'm not sure if it was the light/flash from the camera or do two variants exist?

There's a black one and a green one, I personally prefer the green. Banpresto seems to like variants, thei '54 came in black and brown.
