It looks like Bandai is doing a new line of 12" Perfect Model figures which include C-3P0, R2-D2 and this Godzilla. I think it might be a body in a rubber suit like the Real Action Hero Godzilla. Here are some pics.

I believe it's supposed to be the 1991 version from Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah.

^Godzilla '89 and '91 get me confused at times. In either case, if that is supposed to be Godzilla '91, then they failed. His head is way different and even the spines are wrong. Even if it's Godzilla '89 the face isn't right.

The spines seem to look more like '93.

Edit: I don't know which Godzilla is in that pic, but the spines are definitely off

I might be wrong, it may be the 89 version.

That's what I'm thinking. The head looks slightly lower and the chest doesn't have the "oomph" that '91 has.
