Anyone expecting the Godfather from a Godzilla film need to check out the old films again....cause they are awful.

I still love them....

But comeon guys, give up and jump off the nostalgia train. Those toho films are BAD.

NECA confirmed they're working on all monsters that appear in the film, not just big G. Deluxe packaging and out before film hits next year etc. The thought of having my first Ghidorah figure.

Speaking of the big guy, is that supposed to be Mothra flying below him? Just how ****ing big is this dude?

Pretty sure it's not, though. 99% sure there were other options on the table. Doing away with social media, ending the two-party system, awarding incentives to environmentally-conscious entities. But sure, your hands were tied. Let's unleash the 300-foot thunderdemon with wings. Humanity is a cancer and all that.

I mean I like this kaiju stuff, but can we lose the tired cliches? The trailer opened with "the world is changing" and my eyes rolled back further than Keaton's in Beetlejuice.

I have to say....I kind of felt the same way.

But I'll go see this anyway because....it's Godzilla.

It's's about 20 minutes long but very insightful into the future of the line, why they were restricted on only doing just Godzilla and how their new relationship with Toho is better now.

The best trailer from SDCC. The visuals are great and that music! Almost out of a fantasy film. However, the film will suck because once again the human drama about characters that we don't give a **** about will get in the way of the monsters fighting. That chick from Stranger Things had more scenes in the trailer than the so called "king of the monsters".....that nica ain't even the king of his own movie. ;_;

I'm not a huge fan of Godzilla movies, I did really enjoy the 2014 movie. They managed to make the monsters look compelling, not as ridiculous as the Toho movies. But I'm just not that interested yet.
One possible issue might be too many antagonists, that's what I think ruined Iron Man 2.

Yeah, I see no way the monkey can stand a chance, even if they're the same size. Godzilla is a reptile with invulnerable skin and he has atomic breath. What can King Kong do against that?
