I agree but GoTG was sci fi adventure for me- NOT a superhero movie

Saw it for the 7th and probably last time. Still laughed and had a great time.

After seeing it multiple times and thinking about it more, I'd probably rank the comic book flicks like this:

Great year for comic book movies!

You're going to take JYE's crown as king of stamina. That's a lot of viewings and I love this movie.

What's your highest amount of theater viewings for a single flick? I remember you were hitting up Avengers pretty regularly, but yeah TF4 twice in one day is pretty masochistic.

Avengers is still my record at 8 viewings.

That movie was a big deal for me.

But most movies I like fall between 3 and 5.

At home, there's a dvd playing constantly.

Hmmm.. I almost never go to see a movie more than once at the theater (this excludes trips to see Disney films as a kid.. saw the Jungle Book a lot).. I think the only time was Ghostbusters.. finished watching it, and immediately bought a ticket for the next screening!.. would have done the same for Terminator 2, but it was the final screening for the day.

On the other hand, I wore out my original VHS copies of Highlander and Bladerunner.

I had to go see it again. First time I've viewed a theatrical release twice in...ages.

It's a sci-fi masterpiece. Excluding Gomorrah and Drax, I suppose I'll have to break down and get the HT offerings...
