^ Hahahaha.
Saw a trailer in front of MOS.
So it's basically Monsters vs Aliens but switching out the Aliens for Zords?

There's LITERALLY nothing about this movie that even says "inspired by NGE".It's basically Neon Genesis live action
it seems like this movie was heavily influence by Neon Genesis.
Gundam is garbageThis film is garbage. Gundam-wannabe with down syndrome.
It's basically Neon Genesis live action but seriously though if you have seen that anime it seems like this movie was heavily influence by Neon Genesis and that is a great great thing.
Your opinion is garbage. GTFO.This film is garbage. Gundam-wannabe with down syndrome.
Seriously. If anyone has watched these "behind-the-scenes" interviews with Del Toro, you can clearly tell that he's not making this movie based on any single mecha franchise. It's just based on the genre as a whole. He really wants this to be his own, unique franchise in the mecha/kaiju genre. It was influenced by the dozens of giant robots vs monsters anime from the seventies and eighties. Del Toro even said that. What is it with NGE fans insisting it's based on that when it has almost nothing in common? NGE didn't invent giant robots vs monsters.
I agree. Though I think all anime is garbage.Gundam is garbage

You must be very-very new to mecha and kaiju to think that way.
Gundam is garbage
Hmm, I tho that if you need live action NGE you're not a NGE fan... At least that's what those reasonable NGE fans saying.
I agree. Though I think all anime is garbage.
I honestly hope you won't be watching it in theaters
Why is that last guy on the right holding his breath?
