Seeing all the agism going in this thread, it’s clear many of you have never read Punisher MAX. That 60-year old was a monster who would wreck anybody’s ***.

Punisher of course he’s a one man army who had his family killed. .

Punisher would easly defeat any regular male including a NON supernatural Myers with his silly knife.

But a supernatural Myers, which is what I think we will have in this movie, will not be hindered by his age that body will be just a vessel for the evil inside.

I just hope if he goes after Laurie, it's a sense of "the one that got away" and nothing more, I don't want here to be his focus or the only reason he comes back, I don't even want to know why he comes back, I want it to be like the original where he just happens to sit waiting for years for no reason anyone can figure.

that guy ended up being more threatening AND more scary than leatherface himself....
he was the true villain and his age only made him scarier.

Yep loved that Frank was still a Vietnam vet. Great book and he was brutal as hell with all those years of experience. Love the story where he has the anatomy books to cause pain with out killing to one the criminals he caught.

Not really, they're fighting under strict conditions and rules. Young guy could easily score a take down, and beat him on the ground, because he's clearly more athletic and faster.
