Last year it was people dressed as killer clowns harassing people, this year Myers is back in fashion.

Last year it was people dressed as killer clowns harassing people, this year Myers is back in fashion.

Looks good in the pics, but they always need more work once in hand. I had to do a lot on my H2 mask and I'm still not totally happy with it.

I don't really have skills at styling the fake hair on masks, I saw the faux haired TorT Myers mask in store and I didn't feel like I could get it to style and capture the H1 look, so I bought their sculpted hair version, I like having a proper silhouette more than caring if it's sculpted or actual hair.

I have 2 NECA Myers so I'm thinking now about adding wear and tear to one to make it the 2018 version.

There's plenty of guys out there that completely re-hair the mask. I totally wet down, trimmed, darkened it a little, styled and hair sprayed the hell out of mine and it still poofed up as soon as I put it on. I also painted and blended the neck in addition to trimming about a half inch off the bottom.





The pics are from a couple years ago, if I wear it this year (and the chances are good I'd say) I'll probably have to go a bit more extreme with hair and maybe thin the sides out underneath a little.

Hell, if the 2018 mask looks good off the rack I may just go with that.

In movie photos the 2018 mask almost looks like off the shelf hair, so you’d probably be all set with it.

I kind of want to add the 2018 to my collection, I like that it’s a worn out Shatner, the H2 is too close to H1 for me to want both.
