Kara is to be used as a human sacrifice for Myers, and awakens at Smith's Grove Sanitarium on a concrete slab, surrounded by the cult's followers. She is saved by Tommy, who uses runes to stop Michael from pursuing them, and they escape with Jamie's newborn baby. It is implied by Kara in the film that the baby is a product of incest between Jamie and Michael.

i cannot take this seriously. there is nothing worst in horror in the history of horror than Zombies second movie.
That movie is literally one of the worst horror movies ever made of all time... not just halloween, of all horror.

RZ H1 is pretty good the first half of the movie sucks balls but second half is better. RZ H2 I saw in theaters and it made no sense to me it is garbage that I haven't watched since getting the DVD. I may need to rewatch but from what I heard Zombie got bored making the Halloween flicks during the first movie and by the second he just didn't care so it shows you clearly on film. It translates a "I Dont Give A F."

what bothers me is that he accepted the job. it is fine if he dont care but why ruin the movie.... why even work on it

hes said multiple times that money is not an issue because he makes 3 times what he made for the movie when he goes on tour. one single european tour will pay him 3 times the salary of the movie and he will have to work half the time, less effort.

hes really a douche. i like his music but i hate his director decisions. and 31 is the worst movie ive ever seen

Not sure why he accepted the job he clearly started to lose interest early on. I like his music and some of his flicks but H2 is the worst. I didn't mind 31 it's just a mindless popcorn flick so I took no offense to it. Rob is half and half I think he's a cool guy but when it comes to films he does whatever he thinks is right or he has the I dont care attitude it depends on what he's working on. He didn't have to accept to make Halloween but chose to for I think he liked the original but maybe when him and Carpenter discussed it I think they got into an argument and that may of put a sour taste in his mouth we will never know.

I find Zombie pretty trashy as a filmmaker, I lost all respect when alternate cuts of his H1 surfaced. The theatrical cut was a good remake balancing new spins with existing material for the most part, other than making The Shape into just another crazy person. Seeing the rape scene shot as how Michael escapes was just unsettling, it’s one thing to use tape scenes in TV and movies when it has a character and story purpose or making a commentary on society, but its use in Halloween was simply backdrop for death and carnage and served no purpose than shock value.

He always said he hated how clean Michael's overalls were. he always always said that if he was gonna make the movie he would make it as dirty as possible and how the girls didnt act like real teenagers so in his movie he would make them "real teenagers" which meant a lot of cursing and acting stupid

this is a good analysis into why Rob Zombie chose to do Halloween and what led to it, this guy does a great job at talking and analyzing his movie career

Usually when someone remakes a film that the original was budgetarily or technologically hindered, they have bigger priorities when looking for things to update. Reality is Halloween didn’t need a remake, there was just a desire to make more money and Resurrection hurt the franchise and the choice was rebooting rather than picking up the pieces of bad sequels and fixing things.
