I did. I was so happy that the show won something. I was surprised Peter didn't thank Martin especially because I think I saw him there.

Uh, Martin won the emmy in front of him, that's why he mentioned him.

It was nice to see Peter Dinklage get the recognition he deserves for the role. He's done an excellent job with Tyrion!

Ah, was that Martin there? Didn't see him in the GoT group they showed, but writers rarely get the good seats. I'd think HBO would have him chained to a desk in a basement warehouse typing away on 6 and 7

Love Dinklage and glad he won. Mad Men deserved its win as well and will as long as it's on air.

I was really glad she won too.

My biggest disappointment was that Louis C.K didn't win anything.

My biggest disappointment was them ignoring Fringe on the Drama reel they showed, and not giving John Noble a nomination.

And I don't get how Louie was shown, but not It's Always Sunny on the comedy one.

Just watched the first season of this, I really enjoyed it. I also bought the books, so I'll get around to reading those soon as well.

Looking forward to season 2 and well done to Peter Dinklage winning the Emmy, I thought he played a very interesting role.

Ok, I have a question. I'm about 200 pages in to the first book. We're "The Others" renamed Whitewalkers for the show or are they not the same thing. I've been assuming they are.

They are the same thing. I am pretty sure the book uses both references later on.

Was thrilled with Dinklage winning. Tyrion is my favorite character and his story gets even better in season 2.

The show definitely should have won over Mad Men - not understanding the love that show gets.

Mad Men is the best show on TV and one of the top five series that's ever been on the boob tube.
