I just watched the season of Game of Thrones over the course of a week or so. Very well made, good acting, epic in scope. Some things work better than others, but on the whole I was extremely impressed and look forward to season 2.

Having the box set is the way to go, I liked this show too much not to support it, although I have the dvd..

Yep. I have HBO GO as well, so I can watch it on my iPad / iPhone laptop, but the box set is the way to go. Besides showing support for the series and hoping they see the series to completion, teh Blu-Ray offers full HD vs. the compressed HD On Demand offers.

anyone know why the season 1 bluray set has so many discs? disc 3 has only one episode on it. pretty annoying having to keep changing discs for a bluray...
