wow. awesome setup/space you have there...
Looks amazing, bro. I must come over soon to see the updates!
Thanks!! It's taken a long time to get close to where I want it.
You and your better half are always welcome over!!
Fantastic room! Well done. Are you getting good sound from the 2 rears facing each other though ?
No real issues on the rear sound. The Mcintosh has some amazing software to calibrate everything in the room. My next goal is to get 2 more B & W's to put in the very back for 7 channel sound.
Good to hear. I know calibrating software adjust reverberation, levels, etc, but it's the imaging that suffers in such a situation. Good if it sounds good though! Beautiful room. 7.1 is awesome, I love mine!
Your set up is amazing!!
Hey thanks brother! I'll be working on it in the coming weeks. Need to finally get a ceiling in and redo the floor. The projector and the receiver has been changed from my video though. I now have an Epson 5020 PJ and a Pioneer Elite SC-68 receiver. Fantastic additions! I have old pics of the build and evolution in my blu-ray.com thread https://www.blu-ray.com/community/gallery.php?member=gates70 ...those will be updated in a few weeks when I'm done my changes
That's my next upload.. fixing my pics from the old set up on my blu-ray.com account.
Do you go by the same name on that site ? I'll look you up.

Awesome space. I am curious, do you know about the dimensions of that particular space before you built the walls and stuff? I have a very tight space and it looks like you do as well, perfect use to build in those shelves and such.
Love the shelves on either side - nice way to break up any reflections too!
I did know the dimensions and picked the screen and projector based off of those. The room used to be a loft/game room and I had the shelves built in to seal the room off.
Thanks!!
LOL. I guess I meant to ask... what were/are the dimensions of the unfinished space? I appreciate it as I am curious whether my space is big enough to do something similar.
