It was actually quite easy I bought ribbon from Wal-Mart and I just followed these instructions on making a hat ribbon for a fedora RibbonReplacement. I just scaled it down and instead of stiching it I just used tacky glue to keep it secure.

Added some eyeshadow it make such a difference
