Is that from the "Returns" set that had the slim batmobile and the bat boat? If so I think I still have that at my moms house.

That's the best part about this figure man. So many poses! Especially for those (like me) who like to pose their figures a lot.

Yeah I'm always switching up my poses.........get tired of looking at the same thing all the time. Thats why I'm not into statues.

Haha the next thing would be to put a giant text sticker 'Batmobile' stretching from the fender to the bumper :lol

:lecture :exactly::lol

While I do appreciate both, I prefer the flexibility of 1/6. Creating diorama displays is really enjoyable, and 1/6 doesn't eat up nearly as much room as the 1/4 pieces do so you can collect more. The 1/4 pieces I have are accent pieces to my little 12 inch fellows :lol

Can not wait for this in March. I pre-ordered this baby as fast as I could. My most favorite Joker line from the movie is "This town needs an enema (blows party whistle)" lol.

Congrats, same here :hi5:

That's one of my favorite lines as well, but there were so many other good ones too.

But that party whistle :lol

I'm always tempted to get a PF (Stormtrooper PF right now) b/c they look great but I LOVE posing my 1/6 figures. Right before I'm about to order a PF I back out. happens every time. they look great and even with this being close to a PF price, I still can't pose it. and like someone else said, PF's take up more space and space is already very limited for me

I don't like the expression they gave him. Too happy.

Does anyone know if the socks are accurate?

Not really. Your analogy is flawed. You're trying to make this seem like it's a huge price hike. But to be fair, we're talking chump change. To make your analogy more correct, you'd have to take someone who's paying $30 for Mattel's 12" Joker figures and telling them, "See, look at that, $250 for a Hot Toys Joker figure!" Yeah, when you look at it like that, there's a huge price jump. But my comparison was mainly from the perspective of someone used to the price of these high-end cars throwing the tantrum at a price that should've been more than expected.

Given DX03 was $200, DX04 was $200, DX05 is $250, DX06 is $240, DX07 (Luke) will probably be even higher than the Joker with LFL licensing and the displays, I really don't see how these prices for Batman and Joker are this great big surprise considering both fit in with the current DX pricing. Comparing it to last years prices is flawed. Everything's more expensive a year later. Oil's cost is up, shipping is up (as a result of oil) and the wages in China are also up.
Well first of all, I didn't make any analogy :p

DX Jack Sparrow, just announced in April, costs $240 but includes half a damn ship and has a significantly more complex costume than Batman; based on him, Batman should clearly be a $200 figure - not a $240 figure.

The DX Indiana Jones also includes a helluva lot more than Joker, who should also be a $200 figure (based on included accessories). Instead, Joker came out as their (by far) most expensive figure short of the understandably expensive 18" Jake Sully. So why the hell wouldn't people have sticker shock?

All of those other figures have some justification for their prices being higher than any figure than came before them. These figures most certainly do not. For their prices, and using the last two (not even released yet) DX as a base for expectations, you'd think Joker would include a chunk of his float and Batman a chunk of the Batcave for where their prices fall.

We all see the picture of everything that's included before we hear the price, and obviously the all-inclusive pictures did not say $240 and $265 to people. And again, this is comparing strictly to figures announced this year, so the "labor and oil prices are up from last year" excuse is so bogus.
