no way in hell am i "shaving" anything off of a $200 figure. if reshaping the mask doesn't work enough, just heat up the mandibles and push them in closer to the face.Really? You didn't have to shave the inside of it or anything?
It fits nicely if thats what you wanted to know.
thank you. photos would be more cool, but okYeah its a great fit. If only the P1s mask fit like that.

It fits really close, covering the whole face all the way back to the dreads. And its easy to take off and put back on, while not being so loose that it falls off if you walk past the figure. No complaints about the bio from me. Its the big reason I wanted the figure and its executed very well.
nah, it won't fit. it doesn't fit on the Lost and that's the same sculpt at the P2.Ditto. As much as i do like the paint job on the face i absolutely love that bio mask and its one of the main reasons i wanted the figure. Awesome.
Incidentally, has anyone tried to use the new Gort oxygen mask with P2? I tried but from what i can tell it doesnt fit. Shame cos the oxygen mask looks great. Even down to the pipe/tube thing.
actually they are very different... but both are far from P1 and breathing mask for his sculpt, if you meant it.it doesn't fit on the Lost and that's the same sculpt at the P2

even though HT figure has twice wider shoulders and twice narrower belly?love the P2 design and love that HT figure

oh...McFarlane did the same thing so I guess I was just used to it and didn't find it wierd when Hot Toys did it too. Mainly I was relieved that the dreadlocks and biomask were a lot closer to the film than the McFarlane MM6 figure.
I'd say the P2 has more problematic paint apps than the AVP's, even. No stripes (when he should've had them), plus the final head paintjob was a joke. The AVP's literally looked better than that IMO. Man, what I would give to have HT's P2 prototype... that thing looked sweeeeeeeet.
It's not perfect, but miles better than what we got. AND it would stand out more on a shelf.
no one.
well, at least it' called so here. That's what P2 wore?
