Wow, that's a tough call.
If you know for sure it's not batteries then that leaves wiring and/or bulb. Sorry, I'm not much help. :(

the worst thing is i've also found out that the left arm of my mark IV secret project is also out... for the mark VI i could still probably get a replacement from ebay... BUT the mark IV SP..... ouch...

I had a MK 4 with that problem (sold it to a guy and it didnt work) replaced the arm and cracked the broken one open, the wire was pinched at the elbow bend, just moved it over and re assembled the arm and it works fine now, thats all I have

did you use any glue or it just snapped back together? for the mark VI i can probably get a spare or replacement... but the mark IV SP its kinda worrying...

Pull the forearm armor off, and you'll see little circular tabs, pop those out and there will be screws, undo those and you'll have full access, mind you would you display it with the lights on all the time? Probably not worth the risk if you're in experienced

i might not display it/them with the lights on all the time, but if i dont get it to work.. knowing it that its faulty gonna give me the itch....

so, i wont have to use any glue right?, just screws and snaps?

for me this is the best version of iron man until I see the mark VII.

along with the other avengers.
